The State of Bank of India has its authorized CSP provider that regulates the entire process of CSP application.
One can visit the website of the CSP provider to learn about the CSP registration process.
The registration for SBI CSP can be done through its authorized CSP provider only. The State Bank of India cannot be approached directly for CSP-related queries.
The documents necessary for CSP apply are:
- Two passport-size photographs.
- PAN Card
- The Government of India issued identity proof
- Shop address proof
- Residence address proof
A candidate ready to kick off a Customer Service Point outlet should visit the website of an authorized SBI CSP provider. He must upload a scanned copy of the documents mentioned above.
There is a screening test after the document verification. On passing the screening test, the CSP registration is complete.
